Excelente lugar, súper bien ubicado en el centro de Xalapa, la habitación súper cómoda con más servicios de lo común: frigobar, microondas, vajilla para 2 personas mas lo obvio. Buenísima la cafetería de la parte de abajo. Tienen todo
Es un hotel muy bonito. Tranquilo y muy confortable. Solo que no hay ventanas por lo que no sabes que hora es hasta que ves el reloj XD
Las suites son muy cómodas y están muy bien equipadas para poder hacer café en la mañana, ademas de que cuentan con ventilador, refrigerador, microondas, y una cocina pequeña, donde uno puede lavar platos y preparar desayunos ligeros, muy adecuado para estancias mas largas. La cama esta equipada con un colchón muy cómodo y en caso de hacer mas frío, se puede usar un cobertor extra siempre disponible. El baño cuenta con secadora, lavabo, W.C. y regadera de la cual incluso en tiempos invernales proporciona agua caliente de manera rápida. El personal de las suites, es muy amable y cordial siempre con la mejor disposición para ayudarte e incluso a hacer recomendaciones muy acertadas referentes a comida y lugares turísticos cercanos. En general la experiencia que uno puede tener en este maravilloso hotel que ademas de céntrico, es placentera, invitándo a uno a regresar en mas de una ocasión.
Excelente atención del señor Alfredo, lo único malo es que cobrar aparte por el AC no me parece correcto.
Por su ubicación céntrica, te permite recorrer el centro y llegar caminando al hotel a descansar. La atención del personal es amable. Muy recomendable!
Estuvimos 3 noches hospedados en la habitación 1. El personal siempre fue muy amable en todo momento. Abajo hay una pequeña cafetería. La ubicación es excelente ya que se encuentra a unas cuadras del Palacio Municipal, pero fue difícil encontrarlo porque no cuenta con un letrero, la entrada es la misma de la cafetería. Las habitaciones con amplias y limpias, cuentan con microondas, un refrigerador, tazas, platos y cubiertos, además de una cafetera y un sobrecito de café, pero la TV no cuenta con servicio de paga.

This was a very nice place to stay. I did notice a strange device in the bathroom, though. I hope it was a smoke detector and not a camera!
